The Michigan Mustangs are an affiliate of the Wheelchair Hockey League (WCHL).
The WCHL is a 501(c)3 Non-Profit Organization.
All donations are tax exempt.
If you would like to help support the Michigan Mustangs there are two options available: Online and Mail-in.
When donating, please specify you would like your donation to go the Michigan Mustangs.
Without donations and support from you, the fans, this team would not exist. For that, we, the players, are eternally grateful.
Your donation will go directly to team costs or, if you choose, a specific player.
TEAM costs include:
- Tournament Entry Fees ($600 per tournament)
- Website ($80 per year)
- Jerseys
- Pre-Tournament Practice - Gym Time ($1,000 per year)
INDIVIDUAL costs include:
- Player Travel Costs (driving or flying)
- Player Hotel Rooms ($100/night x 4 nights = $400)
- Player & Attendant Meals
- Player Equipment (Sticks, Tape, energy drinks etc)
On average it costs each player $1,500+ per tournament, depending on the location.
Players have individual accounts that can be donated to.
The Michigan Mustangs and the WCHL are part of the Just Give Network.
Just Give allows non-profit organizations to accept donations securely online with any major credit card.
Please specify that you would like the funds to go towards the Mustangs, these funds are seperate from the WCHL.
